Learn how to make changes to your registration – including listener status, adding or dropping a subject, or using your Flex P/NR grading option – on our Add/drop/change page.

Cross-registration for the fall term

MIT students may cross-register for classes at Harvard, Wellesley, or MassArt. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with guidelines, procedures, and deadlines for each institution.

Diplomas for September graduates

Learn about opting-in to receive your digital diploma and update the mailing address for your paper diploma in the degree application by Thursday, September 17.

First quarter Physical Education & Wellness classes begin.

Faculty officers recommend degrees to Corporation (degree award date September 17).

GAP Deferred Action Meeting

Last day to add half-term subjects offered in first half of term (H1).

Last day for graduate students to change H1 subjects to or from P/D/F grading.

Last day to change H1 subjects from listener to credit.

Career Week begins.

Minor completion date. Deadline for submission of Minor Completion Form for final-term seniors. $50 late fee after this date.
