This project seeks to improve student learning by integrating a laser cutter along with augmented reality and virtual reality headsets into the design studio in the Music and Theater Arts building at W97. Students will learn to use these tools with other analogue methods to gain a wide range of experience with a variety of visual communication tools. This equipment will give students the means to efficiently evaluate and develop their designs while honing their design skills.
